Shipping Policy


Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact within 48 hours of receiving it for further assistance.

Our ingredients and formulations are carefully chosen and designed to ensure positive results on the skin. If you have any allergies, please be sure to view the full ingredient list prior to placing an order. 


All orders placed on are typically processed within 5 business days directly from the SABI Headquarters in Montreal, Canada. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Standard shipments are sent via Canada Post and UPS and the estimated ground delivery time within North America is 2-7 business days once shipped. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. 

*Although the times provided by Canada Post are usually reliable, we are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. 

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Business days are defined as “Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm” and do not include holidays and weekends.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the appropriate tracking information to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends.

During the times we experience a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. Thank you for your cooperation with these matters out of our control.


If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipping confirmation has been issued. 

Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, or left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at with your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving it for further assistance. No refunds will be made; only exchange.

We cannot exchange or refund the product in question if we have not received the product. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be the amount of the product price. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete.


SABI Ritual is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them directly.

Any SABI Ritual products purchased from one of our authorized stockists must be handled and discussed with them directly.


We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer. All descriptions of products or their prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
