Return & Refund Policy

At SABI RITUAL, we hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items.

How to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted only for purchases made through sabiritual.com. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.

Starting Your Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sabiritual.com. Once your return is authorized, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back to our SABI RITUAL office in Montreal. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund shipping, customs fees, or local taxes for international orders.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We're here to help, so feel free to reach out with any questions.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We are happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@sabiritual.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. Once authorized, we will ask you to return the products to our office using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping & Refunds for Returns

Once we receive your return, we will contact you via telephone or email to confirm receipt. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on your bank.

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item without tracking.

Shipping Information

All orders placed on www.sabiritual.com are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped directly from SABI RITUAL in Montreal, Canada. Our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS, with an estimated ground delivery time within North America of 2-7 business days once shipped. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

While Canada Post delivery times are typically reliable, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our carrier.

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and shipments may be delayed during high-volume periods or extreme weather conditions.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at info@sabiritual.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that no changes or cancellations can be made once a shipping confirmation has been issued.

Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once proof of delivery is received. However, if your package is lost, please contact us at info@sabiritual.com, and we will do our best to assist in locating it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@sabiritual.com with your order number and photos of the damage. While we do not offer refunds for damaged products, we will exchange the item for you.

Damages

SABI RITUAL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. You can also reach out to us for assistance within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package at info@sabiritual.com.

Stockist Purchases

If you’ve purchased SABI RITUAL products from an authorized stockist, please handle any returns or exchanges with them directly.
